Allison O’Grady is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of mental health experience. She has worked with adults, couples, families, and small groups in a variety of settings, including community mental health, outpatient therapy, and private practice in New York City and in Charlottesville. In 1998, Allison completed her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and has subsequently received advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and addiction counseling.
Her approach emphasizes client strengths and collaborative skill building to assist people in dealing with a variety of changes and challenges in their lives.
